Variations LOGO VARIATIONS To accommodate a variety of design needs, UC Irvine logos are downloadable in a select range of color and treatment options, as shown below.
• Blue core logo: Download 72-dpi GIF, 300-dpi JPG or EPS  • Black core logo: Download 72-dpi GIF, 300-dpi JPG or EPS  • Yellow core logo: Download 72-dpi GIF, 300-dpi JPG or EPS 
(NOTE: Not recommended on light backgrounds.)• White core logo: Download 72-dpi GIF or EPS  (NOTE: Gray background added to aid viewing; do not save by clicking on graphic. Click link above. Download Graphics The following file types may be downloaded: 72-dpi GIF for large Web graphics, 300-dpi JPG for general desktop printing uses and scaling for smaller Web graphics, and EPS, which is a vector-graphic file and can be converted to custom-sized GIF and JPG files. For small-size usage on the Web, it is recommended that a JPG be used for best reproduction. To save a GIF file, click on “GIF” link. Place cursor over graphic, then PC users: Right click, choose “Save Picture As...” Mac users: Control + click, then choose “Download link to disk.” To save a JPG file, click on “JPG” link. Follow directions for GIF file above. To save an EPS file, click on “EPS” link. Choose “Save.”
